Data Protection Statement

We are committed to protecting the privacy of our customers and prospective customers. We will handle personal data responsibly by observing the rules of the Federal Data Protection Law (Bundesdatenschutzgesetz; BDSG) and other relevant data protection regulations. Personal data means all data which allow to identify the person, like name, residential address or e-mail address. In case of applications this means name, age, education, residential address, telephone number and e-mail address.
Also we need some personal data for answering queries. This personal data is only used and stored only for purpose of filling contacts or customer care. It will not be handed over to a third party. You can withdraw your agreement to use and store your data for customer service. Please let us know informally, if this should be the case. Personal data collected from online-applications will be used only for the application procedure and will be deleted six month after completion of the procedure, if no work contract is concluded. No founding to third parties will occur.
Each staff member of the RISA Sicherheitsanalysen GmbH is obliged to discretion and the data secrecy (§5 BDSG) according to his/her work contract. The contracts with our business partners include clauses which obligate them to discretion and the Federal Data Protection Law as well. We reserve the right to change our data protection regulations if this is required for technical reasons. This data protection Statement does not refer to external links which point to sites of third parties.
